* Launched Thrive, 3 AI products for 183 MSBA students,
  live in production within 7 weeks with a 4-person team:
  5 tools replaced, ~$64K/yr saved, and chatbot accuracy
  raised from 17/27 to 25/27 on known-answer questions.
* First product hire at Kevali: recovered 21% of abandoned
  carts and grew conversion 15% on a $186K/qtr storefront.
* Shipped a recommender at Tap Invest that lifted engagement
  31% across $12M AUM, and cut underwriting from 3 days to 1.
* At BCG, built the models behind a $50M ride-sharing
  client's plan to electrify half its fleet.

Now: AI product work — agents, RAG, evals — with the
technical depth to build the prototype myself.

Launched Thrive, 3 AI products replacing 5 student tools for 183 MSBA students, live in production within 7 weeks, leading a 4-person team on roadmap and PRDs and aligning executive directors and the faculty head
Built the case to retire 3 paid tools, projected at ~$64K/yr saved and ~4,000 advising questions/yr deflected (~1,800 student-hours), by shipping a cited-only chatbot with guardrails validated on a 94-question eval bench
Raised chatbot accuracy from 17/27 to 25/27 known-answer questions at ~615 ms per answer by adding a reranking step with a fallback path and a version-tied answer cache, so content updates never serve stale answers

Loupe — GenAI User Analytics · Personal ProjectSep 2026 – Present

Built Loupe, a PM analytics product for GenAI assistants over 3.2M public chatbot conversations; showed a 23–27-point model gap fell under 1 point for the same users, and withdrew the original published recommendation

Gramercy Funds Management — Country-Risk Scoring SystemApr – Jun 2026

Built AI agents for a $7.4B investment manager that pull data from APIs, PDFs and earnings calls and score each country with formula-weighted, explainable risk factors, replacing analyst spreadsheets

Kevali — Product ManagerOct 2024 – Jun 2025

Recovered 21% of abandoned carts for a $186K-a-quarter D2C storefront by making cart recovery the first roadmap priority and launching propensity-triggered recovery campaigns
Grew conversion 15% (+$24K/qtr) by building an acquisition and retention testing program: prioritized A/B tests from SQL funnel data, shipped winners with marketing and engineering
First product hire; took a legacy family jewelry business online, owning go-to-market strategy and instrumenting the storefront from day one
